Parker and Castle Rock Center for Audiology is a fullservice, private-practice audiology clinic, providing complete diagnostic and rehabilitative services to patients of all ages. Parker Center for Audiology was founded in 1994 by Linda D. Baker, Au.D.. The Castle Rock office was opened in 1998 for the convenience of our growing number of patients in Castle Rock.

Our Providers

The members of our professional staff are university trained and hold doctoral degrees in Audiology, which makes our practice uniquely qualified to diagnose and treat hearing loss. With over forty-five years of combined experience, we possess the knowledge and ability to find the optimum solution to match each patient’s needs, lifestyle and budget.

Linda D. Baker, Au.D., FAAA Owner, Parker & Castle Rock Centers for Audiology Dr. Baker has a rich history in the field of Audiology.  She obtained her Masters of Audiology in 1973 from North Texas State University, and quickly garnered significant clinical and research accolades during her tenure as an instructor and clinical supervisor at the University of Texas and University of New Mexico.  She went on to private practice, founded the Santa Fe Center for Audiology, and served as President of the New Mexico Speech-Language and Hearing Association.  Dr. Baker also utilized her extensive pediatric experience to create the UNM and St. Vincent Hospital Early Identification Program for hearing loss in newborns.  She moved to Colorado, founded the Parker Center for Audiology in 1994, and obtained her doctorate in Audiology.  Dr. Baker is married with two daughters, enjoys work, spending time with family and travel.
Erin Davlin, Au.D. Audiologist Dr. Davlin recently joined the practice after graduating first in her class from her doctoral program at the Ohio University School of Audiology.  Dr. Davlin completed her undergraduate degree with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Truman State University, with a B.S. in Communication Disorders, and a GPA of 3.8.  She completed an impressive number of clinical rotations in both private-practice and university settings, and made significant research-oriented contributions as an assistant in the Auditory Psychophysics and Signal Processing Lab at Ohio University.   Dr. Davlin also completed a comprehensive rotation at the St. Joseph’s Institute for the Deaf in Chesterfield, MO, with particular focus on cochlear implant mapping for the pediatric population.  She is actively engaged in professional membership with the American Academy of Audiology, and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.  Outside of work, Dr. Davlin enjoys running, skiing and the “Colorado outdoors.”
Jodi Little, Au.D. Audiologist Dr. Little is a Colorado native and is excited to join the team in the Parker office. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Northern Colorado and her Masters of Audiology from Portland State University. She has worked in clinical Audiology as well as serving children of all ages in educational settings. She is passionate about promoting good hearing health and is a regular speaker in the dental field promoting the importance of hearing protection. Dr. Little returned to school to earn a Doctorate of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2002. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children as well as her large extended family. They enjoy camping, traveling, playing sports and cheering for the Colorado Rockies.
Our Staff
Jan Jan is our Patient Care Coordinator and Manager for the Castle Rock office. She is the first person you encounter in Castle Rock and is a cheerful and friendly introduction to your hearing careexperience. She has worked in the health care field for more than 10 years and enjoys her contact with each patient. She resides east of Castle Rock with her two cats.
Aaron Aaron is happily rejoining our team after 6 years. He is now once again a permanent fixture in our Parker office as a Patient Care Coordinator, our Privacy and Security Officer and all around technology guru. When he is not punched in at the office he's out hanging out with his new niece or out cycling.
Rose Rose is our Patient Recall Specialist and is responsible for making sure we stay in touch with all our wonderful patients. Many of our patients insist they can hear her smile over the phone, and she always enjoys meeting the patients she has spoken with so be sure to ask for her when you come in! When she’s not on the phone Rose enjoys hiking, biking, dancing, traveling, and jewelry making.
Chris Chris joins us shortly after finishing his MBA at the University of Denver. As our Director of Operations he is passionate about ensuring every patient has an outstanding experience. Chris can be reached at cholmes@parkeraudiology.com. When he's not in the office you'd likely find him on the ski slopes enjoying our beautiful state.
Sam Sam is a vital member of our Patient Care staff in Parker, and provides friendly and caring support to our front office operations. She has years of experience in healthcare and a great understanding of the struggles caused by hearing loss. When she’s not in the office Sam enjoys reading, writing, baking, and hiking.
Becky Becky is a full-time Patient Care Coordinator in our Parker office and takes the time to ensure each patient we see has a wonderful experience. Becky’s excellent patient care comes from years of experience in health care and church administration. As a newcomer to Colorado, Becky enjoys soaking in the outdoors with her husband and toddler son, and she loves to sing anytime she gets the opportunity.
Janice Janice is our Billing Specialist and is responsible for ensuring our Insurance patients have a smooth and hassle-free experience with our office. She has years of experience in Medical Billing and takes the time to see each claim through to the end. As a new resident of Colorado Janice enjoys hiking and taking in the fresh air. She lived in Alaska for over 25 years and was in the medical field there and looks forward to helping our patients with any questions and concerns.
